SHIPPING POLICY

 

Trail Rig Parts ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on product availability and your location.

 

SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

 

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

OVERSIZED & FREIGHT ITEMS

 

Some larger items such as bumpers, roof racks, and suspension kits may require freight shipping. Additional shipping charges and extended delivery times may apply for oversized items. We will contact you if any additional charges apply before shipping.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at evolutionplus.performance@gmail.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada only. International shipping is not available.
